We are a family of aerospace professionals, who have put down our full time aerospace careers to sail the world with our kids. Thanks to Starlink and global internet, we are available part-time for consulting, coaching and design work. We bring bring passion, energy and our different life skills to support each other in our adventures. Our mission is to support others to push personal and technical barriers.

Pricing starts with a $150 consultation to determine project needs.
Services includes: technical program review and consulting. Design and CAD work, manufacturing process and scheduling support, FAA regulatory advisement and more.
We are availble to support troubleshooting of marine systems, design work for improvements and upgrades and refit planning.
We work with all our clients for individualized pricing, however we generally start with an introductory consultation (Taking the Leap consultation) from which we will provide you with some initial advice and options for where we can help you make impact.
An introductory coaching session to introduce you to us and explore how we can support you. This takes the form of a curated introduction and interview where we break the ice, learn about you and provide advice and options for you to try on. 45 minute session, with pre-questionnaire.
